By downloading or using Blackjack Edge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Educational purpose
Blackjack Edge is for entertainment and education only. It teaches basic strategy decisions; it is not a gambling service, does not accept wagers, and does not guarantee outcomes in real casinos.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
Accounts and subscriptions
- Optional sign-in unlocks cloud features such as referrals and entitlement sync.
- Premium features may require an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple.
- Promotional or referral benefits are offered at our discretion and may change.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse cloud APIs.
- Use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Attempt to circumvent premium or security controls.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Strategy recommendations are based on published basic strategy tables for configured rules; casino rules vary. We are not liable for losses at real tables or for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for claims relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $50 if greater limitations apply in your jurisdiction).
Changes
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
